The Trainer Pathway Course

This immersive 4-day course prepares experienced aerial adventure practitioners to step confidently into trainer roles in both in-house and professional settings. Participants will develop core instructional skills, planning approaches, coaching and evaluation strategies. Due to the nature of our training location, trainees will be introduced to and engage with a variety of technical systems and products. Participants will evaluate their application, use, and presence in the three delivery approaches defined by ACCT International Standards (Facilitated, Guided, and Self-Guided). The opportunity to engage with peers and professionals in a developmental feedback process is a cornerstone of this training. These skills are vital to the career path progression of becoming a qualified trainer. This training includes a professional skill assessment for each participant as part of the training record.
