Rope Works Inc. is an Accredited Vendor of ACCT International offering Practitioner Certification services for qualified practitioners. We are pleased to offer an opportunity for practitioners looking to obtain a Level 2 certification an opportunity to challenge in at Zip Lost Pines in Cedar Creek, TX October 16th, 2026. 

Practitioners interested in a challenge in, must meet the following criteria and be able to submit a portfolio with supporting documentation for review. This will ensure the practitioner meets the requirements and is able to register for the Level 2 challenge in assessment

Level 2 Certification/Recertification/Challenge In Portfolio Requirements 

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Hold a Level 1 certification.
• Portfolio documenting a minimum of 400 hours diversified experience delivering a variety of programming to include multiple operating systems and delivery approaches.
• Training received 80 hours minimum with at least 40 hours of training to include advanced concepts (new certification/challenge in) and 24 hours additional for (re-certification).
• Additional portfolio inclusions can include: installation/inspection experience, professional affiliations, other industry related certifications/accreditations, presentations & publications.
• Practitioner is required to possess all staff competencies listed in the current published version of the ANSI/ACCT 03-2019 Operation standards including: core, technical, & interpersonal program management competencies.
• Certain skills must be passed in order to receive certification.

• Log of challenge course or canopy zip/line tour or other related training hours attended.
• Copies of Certificates, Syllabi, or course outlines that reflect training’s attended & the content covered.
• Log of Program delivery hours.

Assessment requirements:

• Minimum 80% on written knowledge test.
• Pass a practical skills test at 100%.

Costs: $325.00 for the testing event (lunch included).

Bunkhouse lodging is available for an additional fee.
